History: He was born at the edge of vast mountains. Being born in the south, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the south for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way north. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Bricklayer they were divorced and he won custody of their son. He worked as a Sailor, and he later adopted a second son.

History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. Through the years after Uthemar was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Uthemar's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.
