History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. Like his father and his sister before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Dyer. He now travels the world, in search of power and loot.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Paelias embodies much of what other species detest in the Elves. He believes the world needs to unite to get rid of illithids once and for all.

History: The child of eastern immigrants he idolized his father. Cursed with lycanthropy at a very young age, Paelias has worked very hard to control his curse. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to illithids demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. Recently a tribe of dire rats attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Theren fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
