He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Personality: He misses his glory days as an athlete. He does not mind his job, but it is boring in comparison. More though he will beg to come along on any journeys. He will attempt to stowaway on any ship he can in the hopes that it will get him further away.

History: He comes from a rich southern family. He was taken as a slave by a traveling circus and forced to perform He left for the south, certain he would find work there.

Personality: His voice, at times compared to that of a Nymph, lambasts those who consider themselves "civilized" with snide, belittling remarks; the subtle growl he speaks with growing louder in doing so, one can find it most pronounced, despite the otherwise natural purity of his tone. He claims to be unscrupulous but at the end of the day he will do what he thinks is right.

History: Varis was born with his father's beautiful face. As a very small child his family refused to pay dues to a local crime lord, who ordered them killed. His mother, a somewhat powerful mage sought to protect him and cast a teleportation spell that whisked him away. He would ruin relationships and cause injury. He was reprimanded several times before being given his current form and forced to learn humility.

He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.
