His hair is short and silver. His hazel eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.

Personality: He speaks before he thinks and is too direct. He is vehemently anti-magic. All of it is evil and corrupting in his opinion.

History: He was born into a rich family. He was a friend to animals and a trickster. In his defense of animals however he would do severe harm to people. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Personality: He is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of his strength. He works very hard to maintain that gentleness. When he's not drinking or sleeping the drinks off, he's doing painting.

History: When he was but 8 years old his parents immigrated from the west. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered painting. He left for the west, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: He is greedy; and to reunite with his old friends

Beneath his clothing is a huge mess of scar tissue. With bright chestnut hair and a scraggly beard. He has a dull look in his hazel eyes.

Personality: Cocky and sure of himself, he believes he is the best Adventurer born in the past three hundred years. He is used to getting what he wants. In part because he is a meticulous planner.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. He's also a talented Mason, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: He has money and likes to spend it; and he is greedy

Description: The light-skinned man stands 5'1" and prefers to wear the grand gowns of high society. He carries his fan with him everywhere and carries himself as the perfect gentleman. His brown hair is cut jaggedly and amateurishly. He wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into his face.

Personality: He is extraordinarily passive and rarely speaks, let alone speaks his mind. He refers to his adoptive mother for almost all things he is unsure about, which are numerous. He is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Elven conditions. After a long history of fighting, Dreali and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: An old rival family wants him found; and elven compassion

Description: His left thumb is blackened and bruised, but otherwise he appears quite healthy. He dresses like a well dressed Mason does. His auburn hair is long and unkept. This blue eyed easterner is not easily forgotten.

Personality: He is happy with his job as a Mason. He turns his eye from what people do, preferring to live and let live. A true patriot, Rolen would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Rolen grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Rolen. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

Motivation: To be a Marshal again; and he is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions
