History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. A few years later when the south was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He became a Beggar soon after.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Beggar responsibilities is difficult.

History: Gifted from a young age, Rael studied abroad. In his youth he was part of a gang. He got caught, but did not rat out his comrades and served his time in prison. Being a Barrister kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.
