He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to dire rats demanding more tribute than usual.

History: Efferil was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. There was a wharf not far from home where he often wandered off to fish. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Ruler for hire.
