Personality: He considers himself a man of culture and sophistication. He likes a good challenge to his wits. He is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes him no end of embarrassment.

History: Varis was born the youngest of three triplets. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the desert to a summer home near a ruined castle. He would wander through that ruined castle and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the desert due to the painful memories there. Varis took refuge in the ruined castle and found the beat up kukri and armor he uses now. By chance he met his sister recently and the two have been together since.

He does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for him. He lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.

History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. His mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. Some 3 years later his spouse died after the birth of his daughter. Heartbroken, Aelar never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his daughter whom he trained as his mother had trained him before.

Personality: He has schizophrenia that causes him to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. He loves being with his children and actually smiles when they are around. He would do anything for them. He dislikes his ex a great deal.

History: Lucan was born with his mother's beautiful face. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Lucan grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Lucan. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Seamstress they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Actor, and he later adopted a second daughter.
