He was working during a period of war, and as one of the natives he lived in fear of joining the others in being slaughtered. He saw the brutality and swore off his fighting aspirations, taking his younger brother on his back after seeing his parents die, and fled the country. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Healer they were divorced and he won custody of their son. He worked as a Mason, and he later adopted a second son.

History: Aelar was raised in a hard working conservative environment. He was an apprentice working in his mother's forge. He would ruin relationships and cause injury. He was reprimanded several times before being given his current form and forced to learn humility.

Motivation: He desires power and/or immortality; and he feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Sculptor. He became a Sculptor soon after.
