History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. When Paelias reached his early adolescence his Elf mother passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Description: He appears as an extremely gaunt Elf, and stands approximately 4'8". He dresses well, wearing brown shirts, loose pants, and blazers most of the time, and his gloved hand is found clutching a spear. He wears a small hat to cover his moderate length red hair. His violet eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.

Personality: He has two modes he varies between. On the job he is cold, steely and emotionless. Off the job he is a party animal. He receives visions of the future at random moments

History: Dreali was born the youngest of three triplets. He was an apprentice working in his father's forge. Recently a tribe of goblins attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Dreali fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: His spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion.

Description: This exceptionally lanky man wears a tan shirt, with a green mid length shorts with green tights and flats, usually wearing a coat over them. He wears a Stetson hat to cover his moderate length white hair. He is very pretty but has cold, dead eyes.

Personality: He is quiet and unassuming. He ignores others and carries on with his job unassumingly. He refers to his adoptive father for almost all things he is unsure about, which are numerous. He is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. While studying, he fell in love. They married and had a daughter. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: To be a Sculptor again; and to reunite with his absent father

Description: A 5'2" eastern man, he prefers to wear blue clothing when he does not wear armor. His silver hair is styled in orderly dreadlocks. His thin eyebrows rest above his beady brown eyes.

Personality: He is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. He cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist he will grow angry at them.

History: His father raised him in a mountain cabin. His parents divorced when he was young, and his mother gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. He eventually got the idea of being the protector of his homeland from reading books, and has made it his duty.

Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions; and he feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help

Personality: His tongue was cut out and he uses sign language. He dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. His biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Koeth was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. A freak accident while working with his Bricklayer mother left him crippled. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Motivation: To share knowledge with the world; and nothing but the best is good enough for him
