Personality: He is not truly malevolent, but he is obsessed with music. He constantly tries to fill his life with music. He is always in debt, since he spends his money on lavish parties and gifts for friends

History: He comes from a rich southern family. While he appears to be a normal Elf, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He has never given up on his music dream.

Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally.
