Personality: He is a hateful person. He taunts others and blames them for his problems. He is harsh and unforgiving.

History: Uthemar was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. His mother was a mechanic, and taught him how to fix just about anything. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: Sabotage a competitor; and he's repulsed by the pc

Personality: He runs his personal life as if detached from it. He organizes appointments and outings based on perceived benefits he will get from it. He is submissive, is generally bored by everything, but will take part in whatever people ask of him. He is by nature obliging.
