Personality: He is almost excessively polite to everyone, even when angry. He has a hair trigger and will fly into rage over the tiniest perceived slights.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. Through the years after Quarion was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west.
