He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He's also a talented Interpreter, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Personality: Heian is depressed about a lot of things. He tends to be a nihilist. He does not believe in violence as a means to an end. He is a dedicated Bellfounder but believes his peers are too gung-ho.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. His martial abilities were realized during a raid on his village. After a long history of fighting, Heian and his spouse have recently divorced.
