Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Hadarai embodies much of what other species detest in the Elves. He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. His parents divorced when he was young, and his father gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart. He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.

Motivation: He wants to meet his childhood hero; and obtaining odd cultural elven artifacts is his passion

History: When he was but 8 years old his parents immigrated from the east. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Cartwright hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He now spends his time doing works of charity.

Motivation: Wants to have a good time and be beloved.

History: Soveliss was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Elven conditions. He left for the north, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: His spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion; and regain custody of his son

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. A serious injury left his mother unemployed and in need of constant care. His family became saddled with debt trying to care for his infirm mother. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: Retire the richest man in the south; and he made a deal with a demon which lead to his current lot in life, and he's becoming increasingly nervous about it
