When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Laborer hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Personality: He swings through moods quickly. One moment he is cool and collected, the next he is carried away by passions. He has a cruel streak; something he gained from his previous mentor. He harbors resentment against his former mentor.

History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Berrian was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: He is quiet and reserved most of the time, but warms up to people very quickly. Around friends he is liable to tell dirty jokes and enjoy himself. He is vehemently anti-magic. All of it is evil and corrupting in his opinion.

History: Born in the south to a Tanner, Beiro learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg.

Description: He is an attractive man, lean and moderately muscular. He wears an amalgamation of clothes and depending on the season will wear more layers of the continuing hodge podge. With bright silver hair and a scraggly beard. He has several tiny ruby earrings on each ear.

Personality: He acts crazy and hedonistic. He dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. His biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Traki grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Traki. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Motivation: He will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact; and money/treasure
