History: Rael hails from a village terrorized by illithids. Being born in the east, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the east for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way south. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Description: This petite short man is perpetually holding a chocolate of some kind. He tends to wear a large white jacket, marred by chocolates. His silver hair has been sun bleached extensively. He has a tattooed face.

Personality: He is a Detective first and foremost. He believes firmly that knowledge should be universal. He disdains his fellow easterners, claiming they make him look unintelligent just for using an accent.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Galinndan grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Galinndan. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Detective for hire.

Personality: He misses his glory days as an athlete. He does not mind his job, but it is boring in comparison. He has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Nutae grew up listening to his father's many stories. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. He has dedicated himself to building a better village for his children.

Motivation: He wants to meet his childhood hero; and meet up once more with his childhood friend

Personality: He misses his glory days as an athlete. He does not mind his job, but it is boring in comparison. He is fiercely devoted to his father, and views his father's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating him from his legal half-brother.

History: He was born at the edge of vast island. His mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his mother was legitimate. By chance he met his brother recently and the two have been together since.

Motivation: His relatives are trying to arrange a marriage; and wants to work out more often

Description: This dark-skinned male wears just a blue suit. He is tall, broad shouldered and powerfully built. He has black hair. His amber eyes lackadaisically let the world flow into them.

Personality: He can speak with the dead, and doesn't see much difference between the living and dead. He loves teas. He is very sensitive about his face. To blow off anger he lifts weights and to control his otherwise explosive temper he works out a lot.

History: His father raised him in a mountain cabin. His parents enrolled him in a Sorcerer school at a young age so that he could practice his divine talents. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Motivation: Wishes to resurrect an old love; and he desires power and/or immortality
