History: Nim hails from a village terrorized by orcs. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by orcs. Nim was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the orcs.

Personality: He is happy with his job as a Cook. He turns his eye from what people do, preferring to live and let live. He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.

History: Born in the south his family was never financially stable. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and he's looking for his big break

Description: A man with a friendly, welcoming air about him, he wears tattered old clothes. He sports a flattop hair cut. His amber eyes dart around the room hyper actively observing anyone and anything.

Personality: He is a man who does what he needs to. He will acquiesce to black mail and extortion to avoid trouble. To his fellows he is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.

History: A powerful slaver made him what he is. Because his father participated in the massacre of their homeland, giants burned their ranch to the ground and forced them out. He was preparing to flee to the east, but the outbreak of war prevented him and his mother from journeying east to reunite his family. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to giants demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Many giants want him driven away; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by giants, and he desires to right it

Personality: Eccentric and domineering, Koeth will drive conversation. He does not believe in violence as a means to an end. He is a dedicated Miner but believes his peers are too gung-ho.

History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. While he appears to be a normal Elf, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He has achieved small success as a Miner.

Motivation: To share knowledge with the world.

Description: This fat western man has a bulbous nose and is wearing the road beaten gear of a warrior. His skin is also unnaturally pale. His hair, while still mostly silver, has prominent grey streaks. He has a dull look in his violet eyes.

Personality: He trusts no one. He is not readily capable for forgiveness and his ire never leaves him. He is vehemently anti-magic. All of it is evil and corrupting in his opinion.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the west. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Fortune-teller work with an outfit from a few towns over. Fortune-teller work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC.
