Some 2 years later his spouse died after the birth of his son. Heartbroken, Ahvain never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his son whom he trained as his father had trained him before.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Elven companion (his 'brother'). He has became unsatisfied with his lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.

History: He was raised in a island tribe. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He's also a talented Carter, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: He will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact; and wants to open a new tavern

He saw this and took pride in his father's willingness to do anything to win. He now spends his time doing works of charity.
