History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. When Berrian reached his early adolescence his Elf father passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. He has achieved small success as a Sculptor.

History: Born to a Bather, his mother struggled to pay the bills. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He's also a talented Bather, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: Wants to work out more often; and nothing but the best is good enough for him

Personality: He misses his glory days as an athlete. He does not mind his job, but it is boring in comparison. He is a ruthless business man, a trait he acquired from his father.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Sage they were divorced and he won custody of their son. He worked as a Layabout, and he later adopted a second son.

Motivation: An old rival family wants him found; and marry his brother to traveling adventurers

History: He comes from a rich eastern family. His father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Personality: He is quiet and unassuming. He ignores others and carries on with his job unassumingly. He is obsessed with his god.

History: He got into the Baker business at a young age. In his 17th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his mother impaled in their home, and his father beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

Motivation: He is a bit of a kleptomaniac; and to find somewhere to settle down
