Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Berrian embodies much of what other species detest in the Elves. He always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove him into the Fortune-teller business.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Berrian grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Berrian. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

Personality: He misses his glory days as an athlete. He does not mind his job, but it is boring in comparison. He passes on several rewards to people in need. He makes a point to leave places better than he found them.

History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Berrian was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Hunter work with an outfit from a few towns over. Hunter work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. Naill enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: His mother raised him in a mountain cabin. A gifted student he started as a Layabout, but he got bored and became a Shoemaker. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: His relatives are trying to arrange a marriage; and balancing his hectic life and new shoemaker responsibilities is difficult

History: The child of a Roofer, who enjoyed hunting, Varis was taken on many hunting expeditions. When Varis reached his early adolescence his Elf father passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. After a long history of fighting, Varis and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: To settle down with his crush; and wants a kiss
