History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. While he appears to be a normal Elf, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

History: He was raised by priests from a young age. His father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his father was legitimate. He has been saving his money to try and buy his sister's freedom.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions; and regain custody of his daughter

Personality: He is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of his strength. He works very hard to maintain that gentleness. He is a bit of a xeno-phobe, disliking non-Elves.

History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Elven conditions. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Motivation: Elven compassion; and money/treasure

Personality: He seems absolutely devoid of it. He stares off into space and will respond with overly literal and minimalist answers to questions. He keeps company with all sorts of races to see how they think and challenge minds foreign to his own.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. He helped his mother out around the business and became quite the natural. He tends to his Herbalist job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Motivation: Regain custody of his daughter; and he seems to be bored by most things

History: Varis was born with his mother's beautiful face. When Varis reached his early adolescence his Elf mother passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Fletcher responsibilities is difficult; and he is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs
