Description: A plain young-adult man, he wears a shirt and pants that are bristling with pockets overflowing with maps, compasses, and other navigational equipment. He keeps his long blonde hair kept up in a rat tail. His half smiles and green eyes are beguiling and draw you in.

Personality: Deceptive and manipulative this northern guy figured out how to best use his charms to convince people to do what he wants. He has a small toy that he constantly fidgets with.

History: Heian was born the youngest of three triplets. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Heian grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Heian. By chance he met his sister recently and the two have been together since.
