History: Peren was born in the west. At a young age he loved to build and create. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Navigator hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Navigator for the past few years.

History: Born in the north to a Scribe, Ahvain learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. His childhood dream was to be a Doctor, but he was a colossal failure. He has achieved small success as a Scribe.

Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes dire rats are coming to abduct people. As long as the job gets done he does not care how it got done.

History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Traki was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. Traki was born on a far northern island where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Jeweler. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by dire rats. Traki was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the dire rats.
