He lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.

History: Efferil was born with his father's beautiful face. Ostracized due to the druidic powers of his oldest sister, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Elves became a terror of the countryside. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.
