History: Korfel lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Korfel was a troubled youth. History: Aerdeth was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Sorcerer, to bring honor to his family’s name. In his 16th year, his parents were killed by a dire rats raid, leaving Aerdeth alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. Personality: He is irascible and easily irritated. He is accommodating to his spouse and as such limits his hospitality. He is brave and levelheaded in the face of danger and has proven himself a capable leader.

History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Laucian was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He has since married many spouses, only to have them die. He claims to not be responsible.
