He was a general practitioner in the south for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way west. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Laborer for the past few years.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. Ostracized due to the necromantic powers of his oldest brother, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Elves became a terror of the countryside. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Performer for hire.

His mother taught him the rudiments of the Jeweler arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. When Nim reached his early adolescence his Elf mother passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.
