History: He was raised in a island tribe. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Heian grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Heian. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.

Personality: He barks his statements quickly and with little fuss. He prefers small words and is at his heart utilitarian. He is submissive, is generally bored by everything, but will take part in whatever people ask of him. He is by nature obliging.

History: Born to a Server, his father struggled to pay the bills. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He loathes his own lifestyle.

History: Dreali was born in the south. At a young age he loved to build and create. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. Recently a tribe of giants attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Dreali fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Personality: He is curt in most of his responses. He prefers to keep his word usage to a minimum to avoid giving away unnecessary information. More though he will beg to come along on any journeys. He will attempt to stowaway on any ship he can in the hopes that it will get him further away.

History: Born to a Interpreter, his mother struggled to pay the bills. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Elven companion (his 'brother'). When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

Motivation: Retire the richest man in the north; and wants to work out more often
