Personality: He is a hateful person. He taunts others and blames them for his problems. The war was a terrible time for him, and Quarion does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: Quarion was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. Paelias liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Weaver for hire.
