History: Heian was born in the north. At a young age he loved to build and create. His mother was a mechanic, and taught him how to fix just about anything. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by goblins. Heian was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the goblins.

Description: A middle-aged man, he prefers to wear the grand gowns of high society. He carries his fan with him everywhere and carries himself as the perfect gentleman, and is pretty ugly. His auburn hair is knotted and matted. His face is feral with sharp distinguishing features. His spectacle hidden eyes are a deep violet.

Personality: He has schizophrenia that causes him to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. He is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.

History: His divine talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. Brilliant and gifted he never wanted to apply himself. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Motivation: He is greedy; and he has money and likes to spend it

Personality: He acts crazy and hedonistic. He uses his nature as a weapon; he likes to lead opponents to think him in distress.

History: Rolen lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. A freak accident while working with his Healer father left him crippled. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Healer they were divorced and he won custody of their son. He worked as a Dilettante, and he later adopted a second son.

Motivation: An old rival family wants him found.

History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Nutae was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

Motivation: Retire the richest man in the west; and many orcs want him driven away

Personality: He considers himself a man of culture and sophistication. He likes a good challenge to his wits. He is a big fan of imagination and believes people should spend more time reading and writing.

History: Gifted from a young age, Gennal studied abroad. There was a wharf not far from home where he often wandered off to fish. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: Nothing but the best is good enough for him; and to share knowledge with the world
