Description: This dark-skinned male is renowned for his bright black suits and hats. He is tall, broad shouldered and powerfully built. His moppish black hair is in a traditional bowl cut. His eyes are likewise amber.

Personality: He loves telling others what to do and how they should feel about things. He takes great joy in being the best Jeweler in town.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. Laucian was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Laucian decided he wanted neither the life of his mother nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details.
