History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. When Raer reached his early adolescence his Elf father passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. He was a hard man then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Adventurer for the past few years.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He has never given up on his painting dream.
