History: He was raised in a desert tribe. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the desert to a summer home near a ruined castle. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the desert due to the painful memories there. Naeris took refuge in the ruined castle and found the beat up scythe and armor he uses now. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Mason for the past few years.

When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

History: He was born on a small isolated farm. He found a children's book about a Elf Sorcerer who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Engraver they were divorced and he won custody of their son. He worked as a Roofer, and he later adopted a second son.

History: When he was but 7 years old his parents immigrated from the west. Through the years after Rolen was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west.
