He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He tends to his Shipwright job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Personality: Here is a man who knows he is the smartest in the room. He talks down to others constantly. He uses his nature as a weapon; he likes to lead opponents to think him in distress.

History: Quarion was born with his mother's beautiful face. Since his mother passed away years ago, his father had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He was always very intelligent and has formed a secret society of specialists.
