History: A child with a great deal of writing talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. His mother was a soldier and died while he was still young. Aelar was left his mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He has never given up on his writing dream.

His father taught him the rudiments of the Carter arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Carter work with an outfit from a few towns over. Carter work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He has achieved small success as a Carter.
