Description: He is a husky man, who wears silk and lounges about seductively. He sports a long silver beard, and similarly colored long hair. His face is covered beneath a completely black helmet.

Personality: He believes there is no problem he cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. He misses his home and complains about the freezing weather, even in summer.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Description: A well shaped man just over fifty, he is dressed in a clean blue cloak covering his clean studded leather. He wears a wide-brimmed hat to cover his moderate length brown hair. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: Aside from being a little slow due to sleep deprivation he is generally quite perceptive. He notices little details and can draw good conclusions from them. To his fellows he is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. He inherited a moderately successful company from his mother. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to dire rats demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Money/treasure.

Description: This western man's face is deformed and paralyzed on one side. As such, he slurs his words together. He is renowned for his bright white suits and hats. His silver hair is heavily combed to the right. His gray eyes lackadaisically let the world flow into them.

Personality: He is unhospitable to his core. His small house has "No trespassing" Signs all over it. He is a very good compulsive liar and kleptomaniac.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious western family, he was no stranger to responsibility. His parents divorced when he was young, and his mother gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. He left for the west, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: A deep hatred of giants; and he possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal

Description: He is of a modest build and height, but he carries himself more imposing than he is. He wears a well pressed and immaculate suit (or dress). His golden hair is drawn into a tight pony tail with a cross scrunchie. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He has a small toy that he constantly fidgets with.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. While he appears to be a normal Elf, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and he is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out

Description: Standing 4'7", this man wears a shirt and pants that are bristling with pockets overflowing with maps, compasses, and other navigational equipment. His hair is silver and curly. His amber eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.

Personality: He snorts whenever he laughs or is feeling confident. He refers to his adoptive father for almost all things he is unsure about, which are numerous. He is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. His father worked until he suffered an accident while they were digging through a hill for a new route. He had to support his now crippled father and took his father's old job. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

Motivation: He will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact; and his spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion
