Personality: His voice, at times compared to that of a Nymph, lambasts those who consider themselves "civilized" with snide, belittling remarks; the subtle growl he speaks with growing louder in doing so, one can find it most pronounced, despite the otherwise natural purity of his tone. He is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.

Personality: He has always had a great fascination with Elven culture. He will often invite strangers home for dinner and talk their ears off. He cares deeply for his spouse and does his best to make sure his guests look presentable.

History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Elven conditions. Some 5 years later his spouse died after the birth of his son. Heartbroken, Varis never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his son whom he trained as his mother had trained him before.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. In his journeys he found a malevolent artifact. He wishes to return this artifact and its corrupting influence back to where it came.

Motivation: To get a good night's sleep; and obtaining odd cultural elven artifacts is his passion

History: He got into the Map Maker business at a young age. He helped his father out around the business and became quite the natural. He now owns his own business.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Map Maker responsibilities is difficult.
