His father had died from a severe disease that was unknown to the village doctor. Vanuath was heart-stricken from the event, and his mother started working long hours to provde for them. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

History: His necromantic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. Being born in the west, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the west for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way south. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.

History: The child of western immigrants he idolized his father. His father disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his father, he was betrayed dozens of times. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.
