History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Personality: He swings through moods quickly. One moment he is cool and collected, the next he is carried away by passions. His temper goes off on the smallest of things. He tends to lash out at those around him.

History: Varis was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Varis grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Varis. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Description: 4'9" and muscular, this western man tends to wear a heavy leather apron. Coupled with his rolled up shirt sleeves this gives him a very relaxed look. His blonde hair is kept up in a ponytail inside a small hat. His thin eyebrows rest above his beady green eyes.

Personality: He is envious of other's things. He hoards treasure, art, food, wine, and anything that he so desires. He uses his nature as a weapon; he likes to lead opponents to think him in distress.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. His mother was a mechanic, and taught him how to fix just about anything.
