History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. While he appears to be a normal Elf, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his father and mother. His father taught him the rudiments of the Bather arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. Raer was born on a far northern desert where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Bather. He now mingles about in high society.
