Personality: He is filled with cunning. He likes to feign weakness letting people think he is weak. He believes the world needs to unite to get rid of orcs once and for all.

History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. Cursed with lycanthropy at a very young age, Heian has worked very hard to control his curse. He was always very intelligent and has formed a secret society of freemasons.

Personality: He is quiet and reserved most of the time, but warms up to people very quickly. Around friends he is liable to tell dirty jokes and enjoy himself. He is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes him no end of embarrassment.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when brigands swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: A deep hatred of brigands.

Personality: He is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of his strength. He works very hard to maintain that gentleness. He tends to be very friendly, and is drawn to music, the smells of food and wine, and out-door festivals.

History: He was raised in a mountains tribe. When the war came and ruined his parents he was left adrift. He was a hard man then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. He bought a hammer and has really upped his game hunting, due to his understanding of decoy and ambush.

Motivation: Wants to have a good time and be beloved; and marry his sister to traveling adventurers

Description: This man is bedraggled and starved. He is generally shirtless and showing off his tattooed chest. With a patchy brown beard and wild brown hair. His eyes are likewise brown. His teeth are yellowed and unaligned.

Personality: He is fixated on the number 26. He counts his steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. He seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. He will often invite strangers home for dinner and talk their ears off. He cares deeply for his spouse and does his best to make sure his guests look presentable.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. While he appears to be a normal Elf, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Motivation: Wants to have a good time and be beloved; and retire the richest man in the north
