Description: His right thumb is blackened and bruised, but otherwise he appears quite healthy. He wears a black collared shirt and white pants. He accessorizes with a black scarf around the waist and a strap diagonally across his shirt. He keeps his long blonde hair kept up in a rat tail. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: Aside from being a little slow due to sleep deprivation he is generally quite perceptive. He notices little details and can draw good conclusions from them. The occasional robbery is his preferred attention getting crime, but he mainly uses his means for meeting his own perverse desires.

History: Heian was born the youngest of three triplets. Being born in the east, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the east for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way west. He became a Mayor soon after.

Motivation: To find somewhere to settle down; and he feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help

Description: Wearing a closed helm and plate, one would not know what he was had he not made sure his armor was more form fitting than normal. Outside of the suit he wears tight fitting clothing which further accentuates his frame. His hair is long and white with streaks of auburn, and is pulled back with small grey clips. His beard is auburn, braided, and well cared for. He was beautiful and young once, which still shows through his age, but it is a faded beauty.

Personality: He is almost excessively polite to everyone, even when angry. He always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove him into the Carter business.

History: He was born in the south, but his parents moved at a very young age to the west. At a young age he wooed the heart of his future spouse and the two had a long relationship before they wed. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. By chance he met his sister recently and the two have been together since.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious western family, he was no stranger to responsibility. In his youth he was part of a gang. He got caught, but did not rat out his comrades and served his time in prison. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Motivation: He has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day.
