Personality: He seems absolutely devoid of it. He stares off into space and will respond with overly literal and minimalist answers to questions. He can see the true alignment of people by looking at them, and uses this to pass judgement.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the east. Ostracized due to the psionic powers of his oldest sister, he and his siblings struck out on their own. History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. While he appears to be a normal Elf, he's... not quite right.
