History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Eiravel grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Eiravel. He has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Elves in the south were limited. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Halimath was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. Recently a tribe of gnolls attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls.
