His father taught him the rudiments of the Junk Dealer arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. His father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Junk Dealer for hire.

His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Paelias is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.

History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. While he appears to be a normal Elf, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.
