Personality: He is not truly malevolent, but he is obsessed with music. He constantly tries to fill his life with music. He uses divination through singing.

History: He was born in the south. Ostracized due to the psionic powers of his oldest sister, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Elves became a terror of the countryside. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 13 years.
