Personality: Eccentric and domineering, Heian will drive conversation. He lacks moral complications. He does what he is told to by employers but not much else. He spends his money on whatever he fancies at the time.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. Through the years after Heian was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Heian's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He's also a talented Assassin, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Some 9 years later his spouse died after the birth of his daughter. Heartbroken, Nutae never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his daughter whom he trained as his mother had trained him before.
