Personality: He never swears and excessively uses polite adverbs when speaking. Lucan is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his sisters into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.

History: He was born at the edge of vast plains. A few years later when the east was not economically sound they moved to his current location. By chance he met his sister recently and the two have been together since.
