History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He was always very intelligent and has formed a secret society of freemasons.

History: He is a Chromatic Dragon in disguise. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Elven companion (his 'brother'). He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge; and many gnolls want him driven away

Personality: He is mildly Elf supremacist, though he does not identify as such. He is stubborn though. He always likes to keep a trick up his sleeve. He likes to fight dirty and will kick and punch below the belt if he feels he even has a chance of losing.

History: Erdan was born in the south. At a young age he loved to build and create. Erdan was born on a far southern mountains where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Barber. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Personality: He is cool and collected. He likes to make quips and puns whenever he does anything. He also makes a point to compliment his superiors and flatter them. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Varis is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. He became part of the deadliest team of assassins in recent memory. A botched job caused the group to be disbanded. He used his abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.

Personality: Abrasive and pushy, he has a hard time making friends. He lacks moral complications. He does what he is told to by employers but not much else. He spends his money on whatever he fancies at the time.

History: Born in the west to a Crown-heir, Varis learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. In his 15th year, his parents were killed by a giants raid, leaving Varis alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Crown-heir for hire.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Crown-heir responsibilities is difficult.
