History: Mindartis was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. Brilliant and gifted he never wanted to apply himself. He tends to his Fletcher job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by orcs, and he desires to right it; and sabotage a competitor
