Description: This man is perpetually draped in fineries, but all of this concealed by his earthly robes.. He is muscular with a powerful set of arms. He has a small bristly mustache and wavy auburn hair. He is very pretty but has cold, dead eyes.

Personality: He is a man who does what he needs to. He will acquiesce to black mail and extortion to avoid trouble. He has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the west. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Rael grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Rael. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

Motivation: He will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact; and balancing his hectic life and new priest responsibilities is difficult
